Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return form is included inside the box.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
